Build the Next
Generation.
We are looking for people who teach by doing — not just talking.
Builders Academy is small by design. Every person on the team is expected to ship real work, not manage it. If you are an experienced developer who wants to spend part of your time shaping the next cohort of builders in Nepal, read on.
One role. The right person.

Don't see your role?
We hire slowly and intentionally. If you are a developer, designer, or operator who believes in what we are building, send us a note. We keep good people on file.
What working here actually means.
Teach by shipping
You do not stand at a whiteboard and explain theory. You write code alongside students, push it to production, and show them what real engineering looks like in practice.
Small cohorts, real impact
We keep batches between 12 and 18 students deliberately. You know every name, every project, and exactly where each student is struggling. Teaching here is not a lecture — it is a craft.
Builder-first culture
We practice what we teach. The people who run this academy are active developers and founders. You will work alongside people who ship, not people who theorise.
Flexible commitment
The role is part-time and structured around cohort schedules. You keep your other work. We get your expertise during the program. It is designed to work for someone serious about both.
Work that outlasts you
The developers and blockchain engineers you train will go on to ship products, start companies, and train others. Your work here compounds in a way that most engineering jobs do not.
